DistrictFacts Data Desk

Find the records behind a local education story. Start with a jurisdiction, inspect the reporting period and definitions, and download evidence you can check and cite. Coverage is source-specific. Missing or suppressed values are not zero, and similarly named measures are not necessarily comparable across states.

Reporting kit downloads
Reporting kits are published for 13 of 25 jurisdictions: Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont. The kits for Kentucky, New York and Ohio cover jurisdictions whose data is held from the open-data files: each replaces an edition published on September 29, 2026, carries no open reuse licence, and states its own terms on its kit page. No kit has been added for a jurisdiction while its data is held from the open-data files, so none is offered for Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin; each desk gives the reason for the hold. A reporting kit is a source table. It is not a ranking, and it is not evidence of waste or of educational quality.
